Tom Fermor

Co-Director · Creative Lead · Ting Tang Theatre

Founder of Ting Tang Theatre, Tom designs and directs immersive, site-responsive performance, shaping narrative around the physical and historical character of a place.

Tom is the creative engine of Kaboom Heritage CIC. His expertise in performance design, living history, and participatory delivery is at the heart of everything we make.

Director of Sonic Boom Music CIC and founder of Circularity.org, Chris brings deep experience in CIC governance, digital strategy, community benefit evaluation, and organisational development.

Chris ensures Kaboom Heritage CIC is built to last, responsibly governed, publicly accountable, and capable of managing the funds entrusted to it.
